More on the homeless camping judgment

A very good column from the Times Colonist on the homeless camping judgment. The comparison to refugees seems painfully apt.

Thanks for the link. I agree that this is a very good take on Justice Ross's decision and a welcome relief from some of the hysterical and uninformed reactions to the decision that I have read in the press in the past week.
