The Times Colonist has a good editorial on the wretched performance of B.C. Lotteries and the government this week.

Anonymous said...: The T-C editorial failed to mention how many other provinces have been fined by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre (FINTRAC).

Also missing is any history of FINTRAC's activity in BC (and across the country) over the last several years.
