If you can recall it was the suddent fire at Sweeny Barrels that got the bulldozers in to start digging a hole for the stadium. But of course we are off the story line. Businesses always use the threat that if they don't get their way they will leave. In some cases this is well after they ruined the water tables, cost the locals tons of money for more roads and other services.
