Remember Penner, his back was supposedly a mess and needed instant fixing. so he jumped the list, and not many complained. The guy was out of the country in a few days. so maybe his back wasn't that bad after all. I go the offer to get a MRI down the street for "Only 1200 bucks) The specialistw suggesting I might go that route was very concerned about my decaying back. He even put it in writing. I told him , no way I'm into the publci system. actually he was pleased as he hated to do an end run. I grabbed a no show place in the cancellation list and was done in the public system, but by God I was considering it as my back hurt like heck. The doctors are stuck between a rock and a hard place as their operating times are so limited. wonder why? ask Abbott or Gordo.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1400574.post-1164830316973310422006-11-29T11:58:00.000-08:002006-11-29T11:58:00.000-08:00This morning on the CBC Abbott said that in his op...This morning on the CBC Abbott said that in his opinion, based on the knowledge that he currently has, it would be "inappropriate" for this private ER to open on Friday.

Translation - it is politically inconvenient.

GABAunty Berthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11521350406416452249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1400574.post-1164828001457471652006-11-29T11:20:00.000-08:002006-11-29T11:20:00.000-08:00If the record is correct Layton went to a governme...If the record is correct Layton went to a government paid for service place to have a hernia repair. It had been doing such things for years. Sort of like us going for a blood test sequence at a clinic which the province pays the total cost Has to be referred by a MD and the medical card is used. I like to call Abbott the human windmill as he waves his arms around and tries to run out the clock. He always tries to blame everyone else each time he is asked. Nothing will change as long as Gordo and gang have the levers of power. Gordo was such a great leader he didn't show up in the house. he couodn't stand the flack being raised because of his dumb move of cancellling the Kids representative when he first took over.Seesm he doesn't like taking responsibility for anything either.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1400574.post-1164783705675083832006-11-28T23:01:00.000-08:002006-11-28T23:01:00.000-08:00You only got it part right when you talk about why...You only got it part right when you talk about why the voters turfed the NDP of the '90s. They were a bad government. The public wanted something better.

When Abbott, Campbell and co are continually referencing the '90s, they're essentially saying they are only living up (down?) to the standards set up Clark, Dosanjh and co.

Just curious: why does the media never, EVER call the Liberals on this?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
