So it would follow that their children are worthless too.<BR/><BR/>Investing in these poor children now would reap huge rewards, both moral and economic, but that would be contrary to the Liberal Ethic. <BR/><BR/>On the other hand there are millions and millions of Social Assistance Ministry dollars available for the phony efforts to get people off welfare.
